The most fancy potato you will ever eat

Looking for a good side item for a steak dinner? Are box mashed potatoes your usual go-to? Why not impress your family with a homemade basil cream mashed potato?

What you will need:

Potatoes

Basil

Cream

Salt&pepper

Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Dice potatoes and place in a pot of water

Bring to boil

In another pan heat 1 cup of cream

In a food processor combine hot cream,cheese and basil

Pour mixture over cooked potatoes

Add more Cheese  =)

Mash with a potato masher

Enjoy!
