Loin of Pork

This recipe is one that is sure to make your mouth water during the entire cooking process. Not only is it an elegant meal, but it is also an easy one!!!



Cover Loin in Oil
(I use extra virgin olive oil)


add salt,pepper,paprika,
onion powder and garlic powder
 Massage the meat to make
sure seasonings are well distributed

let meat come to room temp



 Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray






 Add loin
If loin is to big, cut in half
before adding to pan

Once loins are in
add 2 tablespoons of butter
 cook low and slow
This loin takes a while to cook
don't get impatient and turn on high
this needs to be cooked on medium  

Flip when loin gets a nice crust on the outside
and turns a dark brown
When Finished cooking
take off heat
 Let loin rest a MINIMUM of 8 minutes

 Slice
