Busy Mom's Saving Grace

Are you a busy mom on the go? Still want to feed your family good home cooked healthy meals??
Well this may just be your saving grace.


What you will need:
Chicken Breast
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Milk
Broccoli



First start by cutting your chicken breast in chunks (I buy the chicken breast tenderloins and slice 3 chunks per tenderloin)


Add Butter to your pan


Add Chicken

Salt and pepper


add Brocolli (remember, we need our kids to get their veggies!)




add milk (about 1 cup)


Bring to a simmer


When fully cooked turn off heat and let cool for a few minutes



add cheese
 (we used 1 package of shredded colby jack but cheddar is good too!)

Enjoy!!!

This recipe can also be made a one pot meal by adding cooked rice! mm mm mmm =)
