When it comes to fresh herbs, most people don’t have a clue on what to buy or grow.
I have 2 favorite herbs- parsley and rosemary
I use parsley to spruce up almost every dish that I cook, not only does it add a fresh flavor but a nice pop of color! (remember, you eat with your eyes first!)
Rosemary is absolutely amazing on oven baked potatoes with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
I also love to cover Chicken Thighs in Fresh Rosemary. If you like baked chicken, this will change your life!
