Hamburger Steak? YES PLEASE!

When it comes to quick easy meals, the hamburger has got to be my favorite “go-to”
But why  not change it up every once in a while??
What you will need:
One pound ground beef
Garlic
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
1 egg
A pinch of rolled oats

Mix ingredients in a big dish

Rawr!

Mix to combine, roll into a patty shape

add about an inch of oil into a deep pan

Sear The hamburger patties

No matter how bad you want to, DO NOT PRESS THE BURGERS!!!!!  It is second nature to want to press on your burger to make it cook faster, but it also dries out your burger by pushing all of the juices out of the meat. When Cooking burgers Don’t press down and ONLY FLIP burgers ONE TIME!!! To maintain juicy meat =)

What way to make a burger absolutely luscious than to COVER IT IN GRAVY?? Oh yes, our HOMEMADE GRAVY!!

Place burgers on a paper towel and drain.

Add to a dry pan and cover with gravy
Simmer for 4 minutes and serve!

Eat over a big pile of mashed potatoes =)
