Lets Cream Some Corn

Love Creamed Corn? Does your husband complain about you buying it from a can? Don't fret! Here is a recipe that your family is sure to love!!!

What you will need:
Corn
Milk or Cream
Butter
Flour
Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Sour Cream

First start by shucking and cleaning your corn

Once it is clean and free of silks, cut off the cob
CHEFS TIP: Using a bunt pan is a great idea! Not only does it hold your corn in place, but it also collects the kernels and corn milk while you slice!!

Add butter to a hot pan

Add Corn

slowly add 1/4 cup of chicken stock

Add milk or cream depending on how creamy u want it, add anywhere between 1-3 cups

Add flour to thicken

After 2 or 3 minutes add seasonings

Finish with a big pat of butter for extra Luxuriousness

Once corn has cooked down and is tender and bursting with flavor add a dollap of sour Cream

Simmer about 10 more minutes
Final Result should be a silky creamy corn

Remember ladies: you can ALWAYS ADD but NEVER SUBTRACT when cooking
I suggest adding a little liquid and flour at a time instead of dumping it all at once
